PIPESIM & OLGA Pipeline Simulation
Budget: ₹150,000 – ₹250,000 INR
I’m carrying out a full hydraulic review of several 6-inch flowlines that connect our PAD facilities to the BVS stations. The work covers both steady-state and dynamic behaviour, so you will be moving back and forth between PIPESIM for the process hydraulic study and OLGA for the transient / surge analysis.
The critical piece for me is the hydraulic calculations—line sizing, pressure drop, arrival conditions, and any operating envelopes that keep the system within limits—but I also need sensitivity runs on key variables and a clear narrative that ties the findings together.
You’ll receive the network layout, fluid PVT, operating scenarios, and any metocean or slugging data we already hold. From there, I expect:
• Hydraulic Study Report (steady-state, sensitivities, conclusions)
• Transient / Surge Analysis Report (OLGA files, plots, mitigation advice)
• Native PIPESIM and OLGA models organised and clearly annotated
Both reports should be concise, technically sound, and ready for internal approval. Please tell me about projects where you have performed similar upstream pipeline studies and how fluent you are with the current versions of PIPESIM and OLGA.
