To build me a simple mass and energy balance model for Induction Furnace Steelmaking Process.
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
This job will need only 2-4 hrs at max. I have data from an Induction Furnace Steelmaking Plant at Jalna.
1. I want someone to build an extensive mass balance model taking into account yield, off gas losses, variation of composition of scrap to understand the outputs that can be obtained.
2. I want someone to build an energy balance model to for Induction Furnace Steelmaking Process to help minimise major loss areas.
Inputs are: Scrap, sponge iron, aluminium ingot, silicon manganese, slag formers(sometimes), refractory materials
Output: Steel, slag, off gas
Process: Induction Furnace (medium to high frequency)
