We are seeking an experienced industrial consulting company to prepare a technical and economic study for a phosphate processing and washing plant with a target capacity of 10,000 tons per day.
This scope focuses only on factory setup and production infrastructure.

Detailed list of required machinery and equipment, including:

Washing units
Classification and separation systems
Dewatering units
Conveyors and auxiliary systems
Production capacity analysis for each processing stage to achieve 10,000 TPD
Conceptual plant layout, including:
Equipment dimensions
Space requirements
Process flow diagram
Estimated CAPEX for plant setup (equipment, installation, and infrastructure)
Operational requirements:
Power consumption
Water consumption
Manpower (high-level)
Estimated production cost per ton, based on plant operation only
Deliverables:
Technical & economic study report (PDF)
Real equipment references with photos and manufacturer information
Clear tables, diagrams, and technical explanations
Preferred qualifications:
Industrial consulting or engineering company (not individuals)
Proven experience in mineral processing, mining, or washing plants
Preference for consultants with direct access to Chinese machinery manufacturers
This study will be used as a technical reference for investment and implementation planning.
