I am looking for an experienced Mechanical/Thermal Engineer to complete a Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger Design Project for a university Applied & Process Heat Transfer course.

The project requires a complete thermal and hydraulic design for cooling Methanol/Ammonia using Sea Water for an industrial GPIC application.

Deliverable:
- Professional PowerPoint presentation only
- Maximum 20 slides
- Engineering calculations with clear methodology
- Presentation-ready for a 15-minute presentation and Q&A

The project includes:
- Heat duty calculations
- LMTD and correction factor
- Shell and tube heat exchanger sizing
- Tube selection and tube passes
- Number of tubes and shell diameter
- Reynolds and Prandtl calculations
- Shell-side and tube-side heat transfer coefficients
- Overall heat transfer coefficient calculations
- Pressure drop calculations
- Pump selection and power calculations
- P-h diagram
- Engineering discussion and conclusions

Important design constraints:
- Pressure drop must remain below 1.5 bar
- Fluid velocity must remain between 1–3 m/s
- U calculated difference must not exceed 30%
- Pump selection is mandatory
- P-h diagram is mandatory
- Assigned project data must be used
