Plastic and Paper Manufacturing Engineer with Techno-Economic Evaluation Expert Needed

Project Duration: ~1 to 1.5 months
Location: UAE (with 1–2 site visits)

Role:
Carry out a techno-economic evaluation (TEV) of a paper & plastic manufacturing and recycling plant in UAE, covering technical feasibility, plant setup assessment, process efficiency, compliance, and alignment with economic assumptions.

Expert Profile:

Experts only from India or UAE needed

Educational Background: Degree in Process / Industrial / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering.

Experience: 6+ years in paper and/or plastic manufacturing & recycling industry.

Prior involvement in TEV studies / technical due diligence for industrial plants.

Strong understanding of plant machinery, process flow, utilities, and compliance standards.

Familiarity with UAE/GCC industrial and environmental regulations (preferred).

Proven ability to review capacity, efficiency, OPEX/CAPEX assumptions, and contribute to bankable reports.

Deliverables:

Site inspection(s) and assessment of technical setup.

Review of production, recycling processes, utilities, and compliance.

Validation of assumptions for TEV financial model.

Contribution to a bankable TEV report.

Preference: Expert based in UAE (to minimize travel/time). Expert from India can also work and should have a passport. Travelling could be in last week of September or first week of October.

Payment: Fixed cost of INR 100,000 + Travel and hotel stay cost
