3-Phase Separator Skid Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a complete engineering package for a 72" × 26' three-phase separator rated to 65 bar, dedicated to oil and gas separation. The vessel, piping, and skid must comply with ASME Section VIII Div 1 (2025) and all associated codes that apply to a high-pressure production environment.
Scope of work
Please develop every aspect of the skid-mounted system—from process design through fabrication drawings—so that a shop can move directly into manufacturing once the package is approved. Because production schedules are tight, I’m looking for final, issue-for-construction documents as soon as possible.
Required deliverables
• Design calculations for the separator shell, internals, connected piping, and skid, including full stress analysis
• Lifting analysis with general arrangement showing pad-eyes, spreader beams, sling angles, and center of gravity
• Process documentation: sizing calculation, P&ID, and UDR 1 datasheet
• Weld maps covering skid, vessel, and all pipe classes
• Fabrication drawings (detailing plates, nozzles, supports, piping isometrics, and skid frames)
• Complete, itemized BOM in an editable Excel workbook, referenced to drawing call-outs
• Native 3D model of the whole assembly (STEP or SolidWorks preferred) with exploded views for clarity
All native files must be submitted to me.
Acceptance
I will review the design against ASME Section VIII thickness requirements, nozzle reinforcement, and allowable stresses; drawings must be dimensionally consistent with the 3D model; and all files must open without errors.
If you have immediate bandwidth to start and proven experience on high-pressure separator skids, I’m ready to move quickly.
