Oil Production & Gas Plant Consultant

I'm in need of an experienced consultants engineer with a background in oil production facility and gas plant operation and maintenance. In particular, I am looking for someone who can specialize in performance analysis and benchmarking.
Key Tasks:
- Performance Analysis: I require a thorough and detailed review of the current performance of our large-scale (over 50,000 barrels per day, over 200 MMSCFD) oil production facilities and gas plant. This should include a comprehensive assessment of the efficiency and output of the equipment.
- Benchmarking: The consultant will be responsible for comparing the performance of our facilities with industry standards. This will involve not only identifying areas where we are excelling but also pinpointing areas where we can improve and reduce production costs.
