Industrial Production Management Expert
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I operate a busy industrial plant and want to bring in a seasoned Process & Production Manager who can take full ownership of day-to-day operations while driving continuous improvement across the line.
Your core mandate is to study every stage of our manufacturing flow, spot waste, and reorganise people, machines, and materials so we consistently meet schedule and quality targets. That includes hands-on control of budget allocations, raw-material stock, and finished-goods inventory, all while keeping a spotless safety record that satisfies every relevant compliance guideline.
The environment you will step into is wholly industrial, not food, pharma, or automotive, so I’m counting on someone who already understands the pace and constraints of a heavy-duty shop floor. You will liaise with department leads, supervise shift supervisors, and translate business goals into practical, measurable production KPIs.
To thrive here you’ll lean on three non-negotiable strengths: sharp analytical skills for cost modelling and process mapping, steady leadership that motivates mixed-skill crews, and the technical proficiency that lets you challenge—or defend—any engineering decision. A degree in Engineering (or comparable background) plus roughly six years of plant-level responsibility is the profile that tends to succeed for us.
Deliverables I expect in the first phase:
• A 90-day action plan outlining immediate efficiency wins, safety checkpoints, and budget guardrails.
• A data-driven review of current production costs with clear, prioritised recommendations.
• A concise set of revised SOPs addressing any compliance gaps you uncover.
