Dairy manufacturing process engineer

I am looking for an experienced dairy manufacturing process engineer to provide assistance with raw milk handling and storage to manufacturing of yogurt, cheese (paneer), butter, ghee. We are currently need to get the process engineering done for the fit outs for the upcoming facility in Clyde North Victoria. What technical requirements are relating to regulation compliance or manufacturing processes in terms of plant and equipment as we already shortlisted the equipment from Overseas supplier. As per the contractor, the supplier is going to supply and install and run a production training as well. We already have started gathering a lot of required technical info. The desired individual should have the knowledge and experience necessary to examine current procedures, identify gaps in compliance with regulatory standards, and make recommendations to re-align our practices as needed. This individual should also be capable of developing protocols to ensure that consistent adaption to relevant changes in standards and regulations can be achieved and maintained. Finally, they should possess the skills required to assess the premises and specific equipment involved in the process and recommend improvements or replacements as needed to ensure proper functionality.
