Aspen Plus Process Flow Design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need an Aspen Plus specialist to build and analyse a full process-flow model for my plant concept. The priority is clear, accurate design and thorough performance analysis rather than broad optimisation at this stage. You will start from my raw stream data and block sketch, translate it into a working Aspen Plus flowsheet, size and configure the major equipment, then deliver a concise technical report that explains assumptions, convergence settings, key results and any recommendations for improvement.
If you rely on add-ins or external calculation tools, note them explicitly so I understand the full workflow.
Deliverables
• Aspen Plus (.apw) file with fully converged flowsheet
• Brief design report (PDF or Word) summarising methodology, equipment sizing, energy and mass balances, and sensitivity checks
• Short hand-over call or screen-recording walking me through the model navigation
