I need a programmer

I own a customs office in which i would like to implement an automated system to custom clear the parcels. The main idea is that i need the customs program (ORIAN) to communicate with an excel sheet. In more detail i would like a program/bot that can read the description of the parcel in hand e.g "SHOES" then run to the excel sheet, copy the code for the shoes and paste it in the other program (ORIAN). After that it should be able to perform 2 "clicks" in order to custom clear the item.

That is the general idea, simplified though.
