industrial automation programming

I need an experienced industrial automation programmer to develop a project for me using one of two specific Siemens model PLCs: TIA and Wago e!cockpit. The project will focus on process control, and requires the programmer to be well versed in PLC programming and the specific Siemens models. This project requires attention to detail and the ability to execute complex programming operations. I'm looking for a programmer with experience in this type of industrial automation, someone who can work efficiently and cost-effectively to complete the desired outcome efficiently and on-time.
