cloudtalk automation

1.pipedrive and cloudtalk are synced. zapier is also availble. i need when a certain activity is added to pipedrive a Reschedule (only reschedule) activityy is added in relevant cloudtalk contact.

fyi. i havent traced such an script availble on api documentation for cloudtalk. but i think i am wrong. there is no way there is not any.

2. need a worklflow all recheduled calls change cloudatlk campaing and go to specific campaing (=change contact tag)
