Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I'm looking for an expert in Motionworks IEC 3.0 with hands-on experience in Yaskawa coordinated motion programming to assist with a 3-axis setup using SGM7J motors and SGD7S servos. The physical machine is built, tuned, and ready for programming.
You will access an initial .zwt file with most of the code already written, along with complete hardware configuration. You may reuse this existing code or start fresh. Required tasks include:
- Debugging existing code
- Writing new code from scratch
- Optimizing and renaming variables
Strong expertise in cam functionality is a must. Proficiency in math is also essential.
Additionally, you should be familiar with EXOR Jmobile for the HMI part of the program; help and pages will be provided.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience in Yaskawa's Motionworks IEC with coordinated motion workflows.
- Hands-on experience with SGM7J and SGD7S series.
- Proficiency in working with the MP3300 IEC 4-axis motion controller.
