■Basic Procedure

・Copy the C# source code from the attached Excel file
・Execute it in VSCode
・Wait for the results to display
・Stop the Windows recording and obtain the video file
・Launch the video editing tool
・Import the video file
・Retrieve the voice text from the attached INPUT.xlsx file
・Generate artificial voice based on the voice text and embed it into the video at the appropriate timing
