Using WhatsApp Business API, Website, Integration, life coaching & skill development, online video sessions for student

My name is Sameer Naik, I am a technical person, I am communicating on behalf of a non-profit charitable trust and research institute established in Pune who works in area of uplifting underprivileged children, provides them scholarship for education, skill development, also life coaching sessions are conducted by the trustee who is also a MBBS doctor and mental health professional, he is a expert and experienced life coach for adolescents, apart from education life coaching programs helps children to achieve Peak Performance, Success, Happiness and Fulfillment in life.
Our requirement is as follows.
We want a solution developed based on website and its integration with whatsapp API, in such a way that a underprivileged student or a child of his/her parents must be able to register with us using a whatsapp number, further he/she will be asked to join a whatsapp group, the group shall provide him/her notification of event such as date/time of next free life coaching or skill development session, after joining the group he/she must be provide the option to activate his/her free account, further he/she must be directed to “share and reward” where he/she can see the “rank and reward” info graph, and then further he/she must get the option to share the post/message to his/her friends in which customized URL is generated by system, by which further tracking of now students/child must be possible.
* Free life coaching and skill development sessions will be of duration 5 days to 15 days with morning and evening slots.
* The whatsapp group must be managed by admin and only admin can post notifications regarding upcoming sessions.
* Rewards will be like - School Bag, Books, Shoes, Games to play (indoor/outdoor) like Football, Surprise gift etc.
* Rewards will be based on how much the user has shared the post/message and further how many new users subscribed by the custom URL of the user who forwarded the post/message
* Most of the whatsapp conversations will be of nature “User Initiated”
Up till now we have reached thousand of underprivileged children in India but further we want to accelerate our reach using technology
