Support and maintenance for 50+ online forms built using MS Forms, Power Automate and Power Apps

We currently have more than 50 online forms built using Microsoft Forms, supported by a process workflow powered by Power Automate/Power Apps.
We require a 10-12 month engagement with a developer/agency specialised in the design, development and maintenance of online forms using Microsoft Forms, Power Automate and Power Apps to help us address any bugs, minor enhancements or changes to the Microsoft Power Platform that may cause the forms to stop working properly.
Please provide your proposal for a support and maintenance agreement, based on 20 man-days support per month for a 10-12 month engagement.
