Simple automation on RDP

I need a simple automation for my uber fleet panel, which i want to run on my windows 2019 server. The simple task is to press a button on a website once every second for 24/7. But its very important, that it runs 100% stable! i think this should be a matter of minutes for someone with experience. If you want i can show you the website via teamviewer.
