Simple App Script work

Project Title: Google Apps Script Developer for Watch Shop Automation (WhatsApp API + PDF Generation)
Project Description:
I run a watch retail shop and need a Google Apps Script developer to build an automation on top of an existing Google Form + Google Sheet (already built and ready).
Scope of work:
On every new form submission to my Google Sheet, the Apps Script must:
Auto-generate a Transaction ID (format RB-YYYYMMDD-XXX)
Auto-tag customer tier (A/B/C) using VLOOKUP against a reference tab
Auto-calculate a 180-day warranty expiry date
Update a separate "Customers Master" tab with running customer history (visit count, lifetime spend, tier)
Generate a PDF warranty slip from a Google Doc template (merge tags into PDF)
Save the PDF to a Google Drive folder with public sharing
Trigger Wabo.ai WhatsApp Business API to send a template message + PDF attachment to the customer
Mark sent status + log any errors in the Sheet

Wabo.ai API credentials and documentation
Brand list and tier mapping
Deliverables:
Working Apps Script code in my Google account
Loom video walkthrough of the script
2 weeks post-deployment bug-fix support
Volume: ~40 submissions per day
Must have: Prior experience with Apps Script + WhatsApp Business API (Wabo.ai, AiSensy, WATI, Gupshup, or similar).
