Set up an automated email funnel in Google

I am looking for someone to setup an automated email funnel for a process. The person applies for a job - the email is received in gmail with a configured subject line. Gmail sends email to person based on job title subject to complete a google form (http://bit.ly/purregform) - you will need to setup a google form like this. Once the google form is completed - the person is then asked to send another email to same email address and gets a response.

Basically it is setting up some sort of automated flows based on email received in Gmail for person to complete a google form and then send a another automated email.
