ServiceM8 & Monday.com Automation via Zapier Project

Overview
We are looking for a Zapier automation specialist to build workflows between our quoting system and Monday.com.
The objective is to automatically organise and manage quotes throughout their lifecycle, reducing manual administration and ensuring sales opportunities are properly tracked.
Automation 1: New Quote → Monday.com Board Organisation
Trigger
When a new quote is created in our quoting system.
Action
Automatically create an item in Monday.com and place it into the correct group based on the quote value from ServiceM8
Quote Value Groups
Example structure:
$0 – $1,000
$1,001 – $5,000
$5,001 – $10,000
$10,001 – $25,000
$25,000+
(Exact value ranges can be adjusted.)
Required Information to Sync
The Monday.com item should include:
Quote Number
Customer Name
Quote Value
Date Created
Contact Details
Link to Quote
Any other relevant quote fields
Automation 2: Quote Status Updates
Accepted Quotes
When a quote status changes to Accepted in ServiceM8 need to change in Monday.com
Move the item from the active quotes board/group
Create or move it into an "Accepted Quotes" / "Won Jobs" group
Retain all quote information
Update status fields accordingly
Rejected Quotes
When a quote status changes to Rejected:
Remove the item from active follow-up lists
Either:
Archive the item, or
Move it to a "Lost Quotes" group
Please note there is a couple of more Automations to do but we will explain when the project will go ahead with the contractor.
