SAP HCM Recruitment & Payroll Automation

Our HR operations already sit in SAP HCM, yet recruitment, onboarding, and several payroll steps still rely on manual emails and spreadsheets. I want those three areas fully automated to lift efficiency and give everyone—from hiring managers to new starters—an intuitive, modern experience.

Recruitment & Onboarding
• Requisition creation, approvals, vacancy posting, offers, and contract generation should flow automatically inside SAP HCM.
• Once a candidate accepts, onboarding check-lists for IT, security, and payroll must launch instantly and be trackable in ESS/MSS or SAP Fiori screens.

Payroll Management
Regular payroll runs work, but off-cycle changes and statutory reports are manual. I need automated validation, error handling, posting to FI, and self-service payslips.

Primary goals
Increase efficiency by cutting repetitive data entry while dramatically enhancing the user experience for HR staff, managers, and employees.

Deliverables
1. Functional design documents covering the three processes.
2. Workflow configuration plus any ABAP/Fiori development transported to QA.
3. Test scripts with evidence of passed tests.
4. Knowledge-transfer session and concise user guide.
