I am looking for a freelancer to set up an AI conversational assistant that combines Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) with ChatGPT, allowing it to:

✅ Answer personal and specific questions using my uploaded documents (PDF, Word, etc.).
✅ Answer general questions naturally, like ChatGPT (weather, general knowledge, casual conversation).
✅ Maintain conversation memory for contextual follow-up.
✅ Deliver the system fully functional in an accessible environment (web or API) and provide instructions on how to upload new documents.
✅ Optional: Guidance on deploying on a personal server or in the cloud.
