Process automation using Trello

I run a mediation business that attracts business mainly through online advertising. Enquiries come by phone, email and text. I use Trello by Atlassian (in a non-automated way) and want automated processes developed from there. Each card is a different client (which always ends up with two participants for the mediation) and i process about 750+ each year. Our objective is to increase this level of enquiry significantly and to engage additional contract mediators to share the Trello processes (but can not until we have an automated system).The enquiries need to be processed through various stages and, as they progress, they require a variety of responses via email templates, reminders, scheduling to appointments, agreement signing, invoice creation and document creation. My thought is to have check lists at each stage of the process (about 5 major steps) where the checked response leads to a variety of automated or semi-automated actions. The initial information gathered from the clients (names, contact details, type of matter, background information, payment info, dates etc) will be accessed in various ways (communications, contract & invoice generation etc) throughout the process. Integration with various other Apps/processes will be required including Mail, DropBox, Adobe Acrobat, Xero. A mobile App to assimilate information and guide clients through the processes might be a useful addition to the project.
