Long Term Engagement! We would like to hire a SENIOR Process Analyst with 5+ years of experience in creating:
• Complex Process Maps using BPMN 2.0 with swim lanes, advanced notations, and Sub processors;
• Clear and Concise Standard Operating Procedures written in accordance with Best Practice Technical Writing Standards referencing each step number in the BPMN;

What We Will Provide You:

For each process, we will provide you a detailed video/audio recording where we have asked all the necessary questions with Subject Matter Experts to Extract the main process, and all the related subprocesses.

Your Daily Deliverables:

You will need to carefully listen and professionally translate this into the following 3 Deliverables:
1) BPMN 2.0 with the High Level Process in the first tab, and each of the Subprocesses expanded out and documented in separate tabs. All steps, and sub-steps should be numbered.
2) Each of these Steps and Sub-steps in the BPMN should then be translated into a Clear and Concise SOP using a best practice framework, with screenshots (if media provided by us) and;
3) Up to a 20 minute screen recording video walkthrough of the process, subprocess and SOP

We anticipate this project to be 1-3 solid months and can pay on a fixed daily rate provided that projects assigned are being delivered daily to the highest standard and quality.

2) Do you Have 5+ Years Solid Experience with Drafting SOP’s using Best Practice Technical Documentation Standards?
3) Can you please Send us 3 Example of Complex BPMN 2.0 Process Models you have done and 3 SOPs you have done so we have comfort over the quality of work you can deliver;
Provide a zip file to a dropbox or GDrive link for me to review and confirm
4) To give me a rough idea, how many full days would you need to create a Complex BPMN that includes with 5+ Subprocessors with each step/sub-step numbered for reference?
5) Please provide your Monthly Fee in Indian Rupees for Full Time Work
6) Alternatively, please provide your Fixed project fee of a Complex Process with SOP’s
