PDF Application Data Automation & Review System
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We are seeking a skilled process Automation developer to help build a solution that will extract and save certain data from filled-out PDF applications. Each applicant will fill out the same standard PDF. The main task will be to extract and save specific data points from the PDFs and then share the PDF of each applicant for review and approval. The successful candidate will have a strong history of automating manual processes using Office365 tools.
Experience with automation tools and PDF extraction is a must. This is a great opportunity to contribute to streamlining our credentialing process and improving efficiency. Texas Standardized Credentialing Application lhl234 is the file we will receive filled out from applicants and we are interested in extracting certain form field content and save it for verification by a team of reviewers- an example PDF form our reviewers currently use right now is attached. We want to automate the credential verification and approval process - we utilize Office365 and will want all our files and data saved within this environment.
