Monday.com board

I am looking to create a new Monday.com board. This board will send out a series of automated reminders via email and text until a form (using Jotform) has been completed. Once the form has been completed the automated reminders stop. There will be approx 6 email reminders and 6 text reminders scheduled to go out at regular intervals until the form is completed.
