Monday.com x DocExport Issue

We are looking for a proficient freelancer who is highly skilled, fast, and efficient in setting up workflows in monday.com using the DocExport feature.
We're having one issue with a workflow where DocExport feature is sending 2 PDF files instead of just the one file after a quote is generated.
The workflow has already been created and here is what we are wanting to happen
Step 1 - Create PDF file based on the Word Template and fields - Don't send to anyone, just populate the field
Step 2 - Allow the user to open, check and verify that the this is an error free file.
Step 3 - Simply Send the file to the intended email using a set Recipe by creating a custom email
Issue happens at step 3 where it sends 2 PDFs, instead of just the original PDF as part of the recipe
Requirements
- Proficiency in English is a MUST
- Expertise in monday.com to understand and execute tasks based on provided instructions.
- Ability to watch a short video guide and implement the steps quickly and accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and efficiency in managing workflows.
- Ability to start immediately and complete tasks in 1-2 hours.
