Kepware Setup Using OPC Tag Definitions

I am looking for a freelancer to help me in understanding the capabilities of Kepware (KEPServerEX). Capabilities of Integrating Kepware system between floor equipment's/Systems and MES systems.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in setting up and testing Kepware.
- Knowledge of OPC tag definitions and ability to create them
- Knowledge of MES/ERP system a plus.
-Experience with PLCs a must.
-Experience with Historian Database
