I need an experienced professional to set up a sequence of email and text automation triggers.
This is for one online service, so the automation will be around customer orders, feedback, payments, and interactions.
Key Requirements:
- Integration with Gmail: I want the automation to be based on Gmail, so you should be proficient in working with Gmail API and Zapier.
- Custom Triggers: The automation should be triggered by specific actions including new customer orders, customer feedback submissions, payments received, customer responses, completed survey responses, and vendor emails.
- Personalization: I need each email to include personalized information for each recipient
Ideal Skills and Experience:
