GUI for Raspberry PI4

Hi, Iam looking for somebody to write GUI to controle 16 relays. Process automation. Idea is to make one main button ( for example Start) to run a process. This process include ( light 1, light 2.ect., fan1, fan2) This processes i want to adjustable. (For example to skip some of them or run all lights and all fans. Also modify how long should run 1. light or second or 1. Fan or second) By the picture its how it could look. ( just for ilustration.)
