Employee Records PDF Generation from UKG

I will summarize on what I want. So, There are Employee information in UKG. I have a Form like New Hire, Termination, Severance etc . So I want someone to help me to pull the information from my UKG and when I enter information in my form like Employee Number, it should pop up the Employee Name, FT/PT, Manager etc in the form.
