Design and Implement Workflow Automation for Pilates Studio to improve customer engagement & internal efficiencies

Background:
We are a Pilates Studio based on the Sunshine Coast, who offer Reformer Pilates classes to customers. We engage with our customers through various channels, however most of our leads are generated through our online presence.
Requirements:
We are seeking to engage someone to review and further digitise our workflow to improve our engagement with customers and improve out internal efficiencies through automation. We are interested in setting up SmartSheets to manage our workflow and CRM to integrate with other recommended SAAS programs, however we are not anchored to this. Scope would include from when the customer enquires through to the moment they are onboarded as a client and throughout the nurture process.
The quote should include a discovery phase where current processes are reviewed, new processes designed and partial/full implementation of the new system.
