Create a business CRM process

Hi there,
I’m setting up a cleaning business and want to find a CRM system that integrates GPS tracking of staff (like Uber) and a finance system that charges our client after the job and automatically pays our staff. There needs to be a review system from both customer and staff so we can collect feedback and we will pay our staff bonuses for perfect reviews.
Here’s what it needs to do:
Cleaning business work flow
1. Customer interacts with our marketing and books a zoom call
2. If there’s a good fit, we schedule in the job and all parties are notified
3. Our staff need to be tracked (just like Uber drivers)
1. All parties receive a text message the day before the job confirming the time
2. The client receives a text message the morning of the job confirming the job
3. The client can see the cleaner coming, just like an Uber customer can see the driver
4. The GPS tracking/Uber like software confirms when the cleaner arrives to start the job and when they leave hence giving us evidence of the time they were at the property
4. There needs to be a payment system integrated with the GPS tracking and CRM/job booking so we charge the customer as soon as our staff leave, and then once that payment has been collected, we pay our staff - all automatically.
5. The customer is required to complete a short survey/checklist and give feedback on the job that then goes to all parties. The client will give a rating out of 10
6. Our staff will receive their base pay on the day and a bonus depending on the score given
7. The customer will be asked to refer a friend
