Create automation workflows - create a file when calendar event added.

I would like to be able to automate when an meeting is scheduled with a particular subject heading (eg "introductory meeting"), this creates a folder and excel file in dropbox using a file template. Additionally it would be great if it could populate certain cells of the file eg their name, email, text from their meeting invite and put into the newly created excel file. I was thinking microsoft power automate but would be open to other solutions that could manage this online as I want to be able to trigger this from the cloud calendar.
