Create automated report in Word or Google Docs based on survey results
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Visitors to my website can complete a survey containing questions for a personality test. They should then automatically receive a customized pdf report, based on their responses in the survey. Your job is to automate the creation and sending of this report.
I already have the survey set up and a Word / Google Docs document for the report template. Your job is to take the output information from the survey (which is contained in an email that the system receives) and use it to hide/show certain text in the report template, decide which images to display in the report template (based on the score, from a choice of 7 predefined images) for 9 different personality traits. Then save the report template for the new user, and then send it to them automatically (with no manual intervention).
Once this is done, a second part of the job is to repeat the process for a Spanish version of the same survey. The whole procedure is identical to the first, the only difference being that there is a different report template and email text (in Spanish rather than English).
