Complete MaintainX CMMS Configuration
Budget: $25 – $50 AUD
I’ve just rolled out MaintainX to run our facilities operation and now need an experienced power-user to help me configure the platform from the ground up. The scope covers every core module—assets, the full location tree, inspection templates, procedure libraries, and both work-order and purchase-order workflows—so you should be comfortable moving quickly between each area.
We’ll kick off with a brief discovery call where I’ll share our current spreadsheets and the way our sites are organised. From there you’ll import and tag equipment, build out the location hierarchy, create standard inspections and preventive-maintenance procedures, and wire everything into streamlined work-order and purchase-order processes. Throughout the job I’ll stay involved for quick sign-offs and to make sure the setup matches our day-to-day reality.
Deliverables
• Asset register fully uploaded and linked to correct locations
• Location structure that mirrors site → building → area → room layout
• Inspection and PM procedure templates built and scheduled against assets
• Work-order and purchase-order flows configured, tested, and live
• Short hand-off session (video) plus a concise “How We Use MaintainX” guide
