About The Opportunity
Purify Your Gaze is looking for a detail-oriented Process Automation Specialist to join our growing team. As the Process Automation Specialist, your role will be in developing, implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining automation workflows to improve efficiency across the organization.
Examples Of Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain automation workflows that integrate between our major business, marketing and customer facing software solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve access issues on our customer portal, providing prompt and effective solutions for our members.
Promptly troubleshoot and resolve any issues or glitches within existing automation workflows that may hinder business operations or customer experience.
Maintain detailed records and organization of workflows during building or troubleshooting phases for future reference and learning.
Regularly monitor the performance of automated workflows, identifying breakdowns early on, and finding any areas of inefficiency or opportunity for improvement.
Utilize REST APIs to integrate different software and create seamless processes.
Collaborate with various teams to understand their needs and tailor automation solutions accordingly.
Provide training and support to team members on how to use and troubleshoot automated workflows.
What We Are Looking For:
At least 2 years’ experience in process automation.
Strong knowledge of workflow and business process management tools such as Pabbly, Zapier, Integromat and using REST APIs
Familiarity with Wordpress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and root cause analysis.
Ability to collaborate with different teams to understand their needs and build automated solutions accordingly.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
