Advanced Siemens Ladder Training
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
Specialized Technician in Industrial Automation capable of delivering an advanced module on LADDER and GRAFCET programming exclusively within the Siemens environment.
My group of trainees already masters the basics; therefore, I want to go straight to complex topics and professional best practices.
Module Objectives
- Deepen LADDER/GRAFCET programming in TIA Portal with a focus on S7-300/400 or S7-1200/1500.
- Implement a complete production line simulation to illustrate transitions, sequences, and interlocks.
- Provide corrected exercises including fault finding, online diagnostics, and cycle optimization.
Concrete Expectations
- Prepare clear course materials (slides + Siemens project files).
- Deliver a realistic simulation scenario (virtual object or digital twin) showing conveyors, sensors, motors, and safety systems.
- Conduct at least three interactive sessions: theoretical review, step-by-step workshop, Q&A session.
- Provide all corrected exercises and source files at the end of the training.
I prioritize a practical approach: live demonstrations, structured explanations, followed by immediate hands-on application by the trainees. If you have already deployed similar solutions on a production line, please specify and attach a project excerpt or relevant screenshot.
Collaboration may extend to other topics (safety, ProfiNet networks, alarm optimization) if this first module is successful.
