Scanner set up Ricoh aficionado MPC3502. Please read description

Printer scanner requires configuration. Please read full as payment will only be if this issue is resolved.
Scan to folder worked fine however destination folder was moved. Once restored the scan function didn’t work.
Your job is to set up scan to email and scan to folder for this printer.
You must have experience with these printers. We have tried, internal IT have tried but haven't got this working.
You will be given remote access over team viewer to the printer.
You must have experience in this and will only be paid if this is completed successfully.
