I need a flyers/poster designer

Hi, im operating a domestic cleaning business name ' Mr Bee cleaning ' . The concept of this business is im using a bee character as a mascot in the logo, as well as the flyers i desire would be good to have some similar atmosphere with bright, warm background and im not too sure with where and what type of text i should put in as well, so if you can give me some sample or the format then i can write up the text as well.
I want to use this in two different types, one is to print out in hard copy, and one is to use as social media advertisement.

I'll upload the logo design of the business, and similar flyers from competitors that i think would be good to use as example.
