Turning Point Newsletter Design

I’m preparing the inaugural edition of our “Turning Point” newsletter and need a designer who can turn supplied copy and images into a polished, press-ready piece. The format is a flat 11" × 17" sheet that folds to 5.5" × 8.5", printed full colour on both sides.

You will receive our approved style guide up front, so every typographic choice, colour swatch and spacing rule should follow those guidelines. The newsletter carries articles, short news items and supporting photos or graphics only—no advertisements for this edition—so the layout must balance readable columns with engaging imagery without looking ad-heavy.

I will provide:
• final text in Word format
• high-resolution images and logos
• the style guide (PDF)

I’m looking for:
• a print-ready PDF (crop marks, bleeds set correctly)
• the packaged InDesign file (or equivalent native file) for future edits
• a quick screen PDF for internal review

Accuracy in folds, margins and safe zones is essential because this will run on a commercial press. Once I deliver the assets, I’d like a first proof within three days, one revision round, then final files.
