Turn Word Agreement into Print-Ready PDF

I have my car-hire agreement written in Word and I need it transformed into a clean, two-sided A4 PDF that I can send straight to the printer.

Side 1 should hold the core contract details plus my company logo and contact information, laid out so everything is immediately clear to the customer.
Side 2 will carry the full terms & conditions together with spaces for the driver and our representative to sign.
