Traditional A5 Church Booklet Formatting

I have written the full content for our church’s A5 booklet and set it up in Microsoft Word, but it still needs professional layout work before I send it to the printer. The file is a combination of text and images and should keep a warm, traditional look that feels right for a Sunday service hand-out.

What I need from you is a careful polish of every page: consistent margins, headers, footers, page numbers, image placement, and typography that suits a classic church style. The “Introduction and Welcome” section is already drafted; please treat it as the template for the overall aesthetic so the rest of the pages flow naturally. All images are supplied and simply need sizing, positioning, and captions where noted.

Once everything is balanced and tidy, prepare the final file so the print shop can run an A5 booklet straight from it. I’ll need both the updated Word document and a high-resolution, print-ready PDF with correct pagination for saddle-stitching.
