TTRPG Campaign Journal Design

We're building a line of tabletop RPG accessories. The first project is a campaign journal — a system-agnostic physical and digital product aimed at players who want something well-designed to actually use at the table.

What the journal needs to support:
- Quest tracking
- Session-by-session notes
- Party roster
- NPC directory
- Key locations
- Factions and organisations
- Inventory and asset logs

The design should be clean, with generous writing space, easy navigation (tabs or section markers), and a consistent illustrated style throughout. Small decorative flourishes on every page are expected — these can repeat across sections rather than be unique. The aesthetic should be system-agnostic, not tied to any specific game or IP.

Deliverables:
- Print-ready file: CMYK, with bleed set correctly
- Interactive PDF for digital note-taking
- Source files in Adobe InDesign or Affinity Publisher
- Vector assets in Illustrator, or layered Procreate files for spot illustrations

What to send:
- Are you familiar with ttrpgs (just D&D is fine)
- A brief outline of your approach to the layout
- Samples of comparable layout or print design work
- Estimated turnaround for a first draft
- Your rate

All final assets including layout files, illustrations, and supporting graphics are to be delivered with full exclusive commercial licence. The designer retains the right to display the work in their portfolio.
