I need help with the design and print-ready file preparation for a custom expansion of the board game Star Wars Epic Duels. I already have all content in a single PDF, but it is not formatted for professional printing. The goal is to produce industry-standard, print-ready files that can be uploaded directly to a printing service.

Scope of work

• Take my existing PDF file and restructure it for professional print output.
• Ensure correct sizing, bleed margins, resolution, and layout based on Star Wars Epic Duels standard dimensions.
• Prepare print-ready files for:
– Cards: 403
– Boards (see PDF): 2
– Character life profiles (see PDF): 13
• Deliver final files in formats ready to be uploaded directly to a printing service.
• This scope covers design and file preparation only, and includes design support during printing in case minor adjustments are required to meet printer specifications. Printing and shipping are not included.

What I will provide

• The full expansion PDF (the only document I have).
• Clarifications on quantities, components, layouts, and sizes if needed.

What I expect from you

• Experience preparing card or board game prototypes.
• Strong print design skills (bleed, trim, DPI, layout consistency).
• Ability to convert a complex PDF into clean, professional print-ready files.
• Ability to deliver industry-standard print-ready files (CMYK, 300 DPI, correct bleed and trim, PDF/X format or equivalent) that are accepted by common card and board game printing services without further rework.
• Organized delivery of all final assets.
• Advice on print specifications or materials.

This is for private use and treated strictly as a personal board game prototype.
