Sponsor-Focused Program Book Update

I need a designer who can update our annual program book for our upcoming estate-planning conference. The book’s primary purposes are to share the presentation outlines with attendees and to provide marketing for sponsors, so ad space must be visually prominent yet integrated seamlessly into a clean, corporate layout. I do not need a full re-design; just an update of the current design though I don't have source files.

Please deliver a high-resolution print-ready file (CMYK PDF) and a lower-resolution virtual eBook, and if possible a source file for future updates. High-resolution assets and fonts should be packaged. I’m aiming for a polished piece that makes sponsors shine while giving attendees all the information they need at a glance.
