Spanish Manuals Layout Specialist

Two user manuals—already translated into Spanish and each under 20 pages—must be laid out as 8.5" × 11" sheets folded in half to create saddle-stitched booklets. All design work must be executed in Adobe InDesign; I’ll supply the branding guidelines, color palette, and any logos or icon sets that have to be incorporated.

What I need from you:
• Complete page design, applying the supplied styles so headings, body text, tables, call-outs, and graphics look consistent and polished.
• Preparation of print-ready PDFs (CMYK, 300 dpi, full-bleed with crop marks) suitable for offset or digital press.
• A packaged InDesign folder containing the .indd file, linked images, and fonts for future updates.

The source Word documents and reference English versions will be provided at kickoff. Expect minimal copy editing—this job is primarily layout and pre-press prep. If questions arise about pagination, graphic placement, or bleed settings, flag them before final export so everything runs smoothly with the printer.

Final sign-off happens once the PDFs pass my pre-flight check and a short printed proof from the press is confirmed.
