Screen Print Color Separation Specialist Needed

I need an experienced Screen Print Color Separation artist to create a Spot Process Color Separation for my artwork.

Requirements:
Create a professional Spot Process Color Separation for screen printing.
Remove the black background completely. The artwork will be printed on different colored shirts, so the shirt color should act as the background.
Only use black ink inside the artwork, not as a background.
Create a proper White Underbase with choke/trap where needed.
Optimize the separation for high-quality printing on dark and light garments.
Use appropriate halftones, screen angles, and LPI for screen printing.
Clean up the artwork if necessary while preserving the original look.
