Rustic but Elegant Wedding Stationery Suite

I’m putting the finishing touches on a rustic but elegant themed wedding and need a cohesive set of print-ready stationery. The visual anchor for every piece is a hand-painted eucalyptus branch we’ve already commissioned; I’ll supply the high-resolution file so you can weave it consistently through the set.

Please create:
- Welcome Sign – include our names, wedding date, and the eucalyptus artwork. Landscape to then go on an easel.

- Place cards – individual names (First and Last Name) and the eucalyptus artwork.

- Table seating lists – we will have 15 tables, so a sheet per table but, we will categorise all the tables into just 4 table groupings, so 5 of the tables will be Table 1, 4 of the tables will be Table 2, 5 of the tables will be Table 3 and 1 of the tables will be the bridal table. Each featuring the eucalyptus artwork. Essential just 4 designs, one saying Bridal Table that will have 10 names on it, and then one saying Table 1, one saying Table 2 and one saying Table 3 all with room for 8 names to be added.

- Bar Menu - sections to be Beer, Wine and Non-Alcoholic. Use the eucalyptus artwork.

- Food menu – Only shared plates:
Main - Chermoula Chicken
Main - Eye Fillet Steak
Sides - Potato Rosti
Sides - Broccolini

Deliverables:
• Press-ready PDFs (CMYK, 300 dpi) for each item.
• Editable source files for any last-minute wording tweaks.
• Headline/Name font, ideally, Photograph Signature
• Other font, Gabriola is what was used on our wedding invite alongside the Photograph Signature font but open to have this changed if it suits the designs better.
• Font colour for stand out wording Green colour:
- CMYK - C-53, M-28, Y-44, K-2
- RGB HEX - R-7F, G-9C, B-91
- RGB - R-127, G156, B-145


Ideally everything will be on white or slightly off white backgrounds. Keep the palette natural—think muted greens and soft neutrals. Clean, legible typography is essential for details.
